Exporting Your Culled Images from FilterPixel

How to export culled and edited images from FilterPixel v4 beta to Lightroom Classic, Capture One, CSV, XMP, or a local folder.

This article covers FilterPixel v4 beta users.

After finishing edits with FilterPixel's editing capabilities, you can export your polished images through a streamlined process.

Step 1: Click on the Export Button

Access the export dialog by clicking the "Export" button in the top-right corner of the interface.

Step 2: Choose Your Export Destination

FilterPixel provides multiple export pathways for different workflows:

Quick Export to Apps

You can send images directly to professional photo applications:

  • Lightroom Classic — Transfers edited photos for additional adjustments or batch processing
  • Capture One — Supports advanced color grading and tethering workflows

Select the preferred application and click Export to proceed.

Save Images Locally

Offline-focused or format-specific needs are supported through:

  • Export as .CSV — Enables metadata reviews or spreadsheet-based organization
  • Export as .XMP — Preserves edits in sidecar files, particularly useful with RAW formats
  • Export to Local Folder — Saves fully edited images directly to device locations

Wrapping Up

The export process requires only a few clicks, whether routing to Lightroom, Capture One, or local storage for final delivery or sharing purposes.
