FilterPixel How can I get my FilterPixel account deleted?
Request permanent account deletion via in-app chat, the Support page, or email — deletion is irreversible, so back up your data first.
If you wish to permanently delete your FilterPixel account, you can request account deletion at any time. Please note that account deletion is irreversible and will permanently remove your account information, personal data, and any associated content from our systems.
FilterPixel offers multiple ways to request account deletion so you can choose the method most convenient for you.
In-app support

You can submit your request directly from within the app by using the in-app chat, which is available inside the FilterPixel application. Simply open the chat and inform our support team that you would like your account deleted. For security purposes, you may be asked to verify your identity by confirming the email address associated with your account.
Support page
You may also visit the Support page and submit an account deletion request through the available contact or request form. When submitting your request, please ensure that you clearly mention that you are requesting permanent account deletion and include your registered email address.
Additionally, you can request account deletion by sending an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your FilterPixel account. This helps us verify ownership and process your request more quickly.
Before you delete
Once your request is received and verified, our support team will process the deletion within a reasonable time frame. We strongly recommend canceling any active subscriptions before requesting deletion to avoid future charges. Please make sure to download or back up any important data beforehand, as deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
