Why it's taking too long to import on MacOS?

Slow imports on macOS are often caused by incorrect installation — drag the app to the Applications folder.

If you are a MacOS user, you might be installing the app incorrectly.

You have to drag the app into the Applications folder on your Mac, which you might have missed.

  • Delete the app from your system.
  • Go to filterpixel.com/download.html in case you want to re-download.
  • Follow the steps in the video attached to install it correctly.
