How to edit my photos?

A beginner-friendly guide to editing photos in FilterPixel, from uploading images through exporting edited results.


This article covers FilterPixel v4 beta users and walks through the photo editing workflow.

Step 1: Upload Your Images

Start by clicking "Select Files" or dragging a folder with RAW or JPEG images into the workspace.

Step 2: Set Up Your Project

After dropping your folder:

  • Name your project for organization
  • Choose a shoot type (Wedding, Portrait, Event, etc.)
  • Click "Next" to proceed

The interface lets the AI cull for you so you can review quickly.

Step 3: Start Editing

Click the "Edit" button to enter the editing interface.

Step 4: Choose an Expert Profile

Select from Expert Profiles trained in different editing styles to match your creative vision, whether you want a bold look or a natural finish.

Step 5: Click 'Edit Images'

Hit "Edit Images" and let FilterPixel's AI apply intelligent edits based on your selected profile.

Step 6: Export Your Edited Images

Click "Export" and choose your destination:

  • Lightroom Classic/CC
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Capture One
  • JPG export to local folder

That's it!

In just a few steps, you're ready to go from upload to export. The platform simplifies editing so you can focus on creativity.
